Pre-Orders

If you pre-order a record and the price drops before release, we'll refund you the difference!  We will never raise the price without notification.

We will do our best to fulfill all pre-orders, but in some rare cases we may not receive the expected quantity of records from the label.

Orders containing pre-orders will ship when all records are in stock.  If you would like us to ship each record as it arrives, we recommend that you place a separate order for each one.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS from Seattle, WA.  In-stock records typically ship within 24 hours.  Various options can be selected at checkout.  Postage is calculated in real time based on the weight of the items in your cart.  This allows us to accurately offer the lowest possible rates.

International packages may be delayed at customs and can take much longer than expected to be delivered.  Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on international orders.  If the package is still missing after 30 days, we recommend that you check with your local post office before contacting us.

Returns

Unopened and unplayed records may be returned within 40 days of shipment.  Damaged or incorrect records can be returned for a full refund or replacement (if stock allows).  Buyer's remorse will only cost you the return postage.

If you have an account with us, you can request a return by logging in and accessing the Completed Orders page.  Alternatively, you are welcome to email customer service at adam@plasticinpaper.com.  Please include your reasons for requesting a return.

Checkout

Customers using guest checkout might not receive a confimation email immediately after completing payment.  If you do not return to the site after payment is complete, the order must first be confirmed by us manually.  If after 24 hours you still have not received a confirmation email from us, please contact customer support at  adam@plasticinpaper.com.

Privacy Policy

It is impossible for us to store your credit card information and the entire checkout process is encrypted.  We will never share your email address with a third party and we will never send any unsolicited messages.
